Helix FMS was appointed by Rradar, an innovative law firm specialising in litigation and risk management, to conduct a comprehensive fire door condition survey across all floors of their Leeds-based office facility. Ensuring a safe and compliant working environment is critical for commercial buildings, and this survey forms part of Rradar’s proactive approach to workplace safety.

The survey was carried out and our team worked methodically across the premises to inspect all fire door sets highlighted on the fire strategy plans. Following a detailed on-site induction, our certified fire door surveyors began in the ground floor reception area, proceeding floor-by-floor until the full building was assessed. Each fire door was visually inspected and logged against a range of performance and compliance checks.

All observations were captured and logged using Helix FMS’s digital reporting software, ensuring full traceability, photographic evidence, and clear recommendations for remedial action.
