Project details
Helix FMS were instructed by Homelink to deliver targeted passive fire stopping works at Clifton House, a specialist mental health facility managed by Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
This project required the assessment and remediation of specific areas identified by the client to ensure fire safety compliance across high-risk zones. Our team was tasked with surveying, remediating, and documenting all penetrations and defects, providing full certification for regulatory assurance.
Following a site induction, Helix FMS conducted a focused passive fire survey across all areas highlighted by the client. After the initial survey, our certified fire installers carried out all necessary works to seal and secure each defect. All remedial works were delivered using Rockwool-approved fire stopping systems.
Clifton House now benefits from improved fire protection across the remediated areas, helping ensure compliance with NHS fire safety requirements and providing enhanced protection for patients, staff, and infrastructure.
All works were completed quickly, cleanly, and with minimal disruption, essential in a live healthcare environment. Our responsive service and detailed documentation help clients meet regulatory standards with full confidence.
