Helix FMS was appointed to undertake passive fire protection works at the Beacon Way facility, focusing on the Hub Room, on behalf of City Health Care Partnership (CHCP). The goal was to ensure that the space met all fire compartmentation requirements in line with current fire safety regulations.

Given the building’s importance to healthcare service delivery, strict attention was paid to fire separation performance and compliance, with all works carried out by Helix FMS’s third-party certified installers.

The works followed Helix FMS’s comprehensive survey methodology and the survey identified a number of fire-stopping failures, which were then addressed by our certified team. All defects were identified, completed, and certified, with all details included in the final Passive Fire Register.
