As a private healthcare provider, Spire Healthcare requires high-quality, certified installations to ensure patient, staff, and asset protection. Following an initial survey, Helix FMS was instructed to remediate defects across the first floor. Each item was carefully assessed and documented.
Upon completion, a comprehensive Passive Fire Register was provided, documenting all treated areas for compliance, audit, and ongoing facilities management.
The building now benefits from improved compartmentation and fire protection measures, with each treated penetration verified and signed off to provide assurance for both the client and the healthcare operator.
