Helix FMS was appointed by Sewell FM to carry out passive fire protection works at the Shared Agenda offices located at Bridgehead Business Park. The goal was to inspect, identify and remediate breaches in the fire compartmentation strategy across specific areas of the building, with a focus on fire-rated walls and above-ceiling voids.

The works were completed with a comprehensive register produced detailing all remedial actions undertaken. Our survey was focused on fire compartment walls and above-ceiling inspections. Each identified defect was documented with photographs, descriptions of required work, and referenced on a marked-up floor plan.

The Helix FMS team proceeded with targeted fire-stopping installations, ensuring all works met relevant industry standards and carried out by fully certified passive fire protection installers.
