Helix FMS was appointed by Sewell FM to undertake Passive Fire Protection works at The Centre @ Burnholme, focusing specifically on remedial actions in the first-floor music room and adjoining corridor. The objective was to seal identified fire-stopping defects and restore compartmentation integrity in line with fire safety regulations.

Following a full on-site induction and briefing by Sewell FM's site representative, our certified passive fire installer was directed to two locations requiring urgent attention. Our experts responded promptly, securing work areas to ensure safety and installing Rockwool ablative batt and intumescent mastic. 

Key remediation points and penetrations were sealed and all works were completed to a certified standard and logged in our digital compliance platform. Thanks to Helix FMS’s responsive and professional approach, Sewell FM received a fully documented, compliant solution, reinforcing fire safety within a key public facility. With minimal disruption to the Centre’s ongoing operations, the remedial works were completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
